The Big Horn Basin Foundation occasionally offers two six-week Internships during our field season (late May-August). Assisting with Kids' Digs, Road Scholar programs, Dinosaur Academy and educating others about paleontology, are just a few things that can be learned while participating in this opportunity. Interns also learn how to excavate and identify dinosaur bones, learn how to map a quarry and also have the opportunity to become certified in the field and laboratory.
